Centennial Tennis Senior Night

The evening air at Centennial High School was alive with excitement as the community gathered for tennis senior night. The courts were displayed with colorful banners, each proudly showcasing the seniors’ names. Friends and families filled the courts, their faces beaming with pride and enthusiasm.
Senior Team member Josh Wagner shared, “Our dedication to tennis and the friendships we build on the team define our passion for the sport.”
The seniors were introduced one by one. Coach Curtis Cole mentioned shared memories and expressed gratitude for each senior’s leadership and friendship as their parents or loved ones walked them down the courts. Laughter and tears flowed as each senior embraced their moment in the spotlight.
“I forever love the relationships I have built with the players!” Mentioned Coach Curtis Cole. Coach also adds that he is sad to see the seniors leave but excited to see what their future holds. He is grateful for the opportunity to be their coach and hopes he has taught them to be responsible and enjoy playing tennis.
In each match, Centennial showcased unmatched skill and teamwork against Sierra Vista. Each player delivered stunning serves and precise hits. As the matches went on you could feel the love and dedication through the Centennial High School tennis team. Senior Ridge Gardner said, “I truly cherish the strong bond we’ve created as a Bulldog tennis family.”
The energy was evident as the team fought hard, each match underscored by the spirit of togetherness. When the final matches were won, the celebration was electric, teammates hugged, families cheered, and the entire community united and showed their support. As the sun was setting it was clear that the love for the seniors and the school spirit made this night unforgettable.
