On Wednesday, January 8th, Centennial’s Freshman Boys Basketball team played a home game against Liberty High School. Our Freshman Basketball team has been doing well so far, achieving some great wins.
Throughout the whole game, Centennial was pumped! Every second the clock was ticking. Our Centennial team was running and pushing the ball to the basket, sharing the ball with each other, giving everyone a chance to score. The second quarter ended with the score 39 to 23, third quarter ended with 44 to 25, and fourth quarter score ended with 77 to 35.
Coach Weitz stated, “I love coaching basketball, it’s very fun and amazing, I also love to see the kids develop, grow, and get better.’’
