Centennial High School offers a wide variety of clubs, including the Black Student Union (BSU). Black Student Union at Centennial is an official club open to anyone interested in learning more about issues affecting the Black community or just looking to join for the fun and experiences it offers.
The first meeting took place on August 29th, 2024, and since then, the club has become a crucial space for discussing and addressing issues within the Black community. These discussions often go beyond the school's walls, including field trips and collaborative events with other schools. Black Student Union not only fosters a deeper understanding of Black issues, but also provides a supportive and engaging environment for all its members.
Kyndahl McDonald, a prominent member of the club expressed, “BSU is definitely something you can build and connect with people more.”
Meetings are held every other Thursday in Room 818. So don’t be shy and join for bulldog spirit!
