2025 marks the 10th Year since the end of the prestigious hypercar era, when several manufacturers around the world would continuously compete for the Illustrious World Land Speed Record. An era where automotive perfection was absolutely vital to combine the perfect mix of power, weight, aerodynamics and reliability, to make the fastest car, and where manufacturers could chase their full automotive potential and make their mark.
The Hypercar Era is one of the longest standing performance eras in history, starting all the way back in 1992, Over 30 Years ago. It began when the Renowned British Sports Manufacturer, McLaren Automotive, Unveiled the McLaren F1. The McLaren F1 would grow to be the defining machine of their automotive prowess. It had a 6.1L naturally-aspirated V12 From BMW, and had a top speed of 240 MPH. It remains the fastest naturally-aspirated car in history.
The F1 is also unique for the fact that it has three seats. The driver’s seat is in a central position and a little forward compared to the two passenger seats on either side. Plus, the engine bay of the F1 is also Lined with Gold… Literally.
