Centennial High School’s Theatre is preparing for the fall play, Lost Girl by Kimberly Belflower! The show will run through November 19–21, 2025.
This play follows the story of Wendy Darling after she returns from Neverland. Instead of telling the same Peter Pan story, it shows Wendy trying to figure out who she is as she grows up. She wants to find Peter Pan again to get back a stolen kiss, but along the way she learns she is not alone and that she can be strong on her own.
This production is mostly student involved. There are 12 students in the cast and 30 other students working as technicians behind the scenes. Theatre director Christina Prather stated, “We have such a talented group of students, both on stage and backstage. I’m so excited for our community to experience this show.”
The story of Lost Girl connects to themes many students understand, like first love, changes, and finding yourself. Centennial’s theatre department is excited to share this play with students, families, and the community this November, come watch the play!
