Have you been longing for the daring, chaotic adventure of a lifetime? Well, if you are, then you can fulfill those wishes by joining the D&D Club, which is hosted by Mr. Roberts every Thursday in Room 406 from 1:30 to 3:00. For those who do not know, Dungeons And Dragons, often referred to as D&D, is a tabletop, role playing, action-adventure fantasy game that was first created by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson in 1974, and revolves around a character that you can customize to your preference and level up. You can do this by earning experience points. By earning experience points, you can gain various powers, skills and abilities, which transfers over each campaign. Each campaign is held by a Dungeon Master who serves as the narrator and navigator of the game, guiding the players around the environments, and developing the world while doing so. To quote Mr. Roberts himself, “Not much goes on in the club, with the exception of members hanging out with each other, we just have campaigns the entire time, some of which can go on for weeks on end. However, we do not have many members in the club at this time, so if anyone is interested, feel free to sign up!”
