People are being reminded of daylight savings time.

Daylight saving occurs twice a year on the second Sun. of Mar. and the first Sun. of Nov.
Given that daylight savings only occurs twice a year some people do not know when it is while others do. Sometimes people notice it the first time and then do not realize that it will happen again until the end of the year comes.
“I do know when daylight savings time happens because I can feel the difference in my sleep habits,” junior, Khalil Mc Ewan said.
Sometimes people do not think it is hard to adjust to the time change given that it is only one hour. However, some people find it harder to get back into a normal sleeping schedule.
“Yes, it is always hard for me to adjust because I like having ‘more sleep’,” Mc Ewan said.
Sometimes when daylight savings time occurs people do not notice that it happens until the next morning. Others pay more attention to when it happens and will realize it.
“I actually do not really notice the time changes a lot. If I do notice, it is typically in the morning since it is darker when it is usually lighter at that time,” junior, Mackenzie Hynes said.
For some people when daylight savings time occurs it can mess up someone’s schedule and affect parts of the day. However, for others, daylight savings does not affect the day.
“No, it does not affect any of my plans or any part of the day for me. I still treat it like how it has been,” Hynes said.
