Every month new movies are released for the world to see and enjoy; some of those movies include Black Widow, Respect and The Jungle Cruise.
Marvel movies have been very popular since they first started coming out. The newest Marvel movie is Black Widow and has been seen by many teenagers since coming out.
“I watched Black Widow because I love Marvel movies,” junior, Sydney Brimhall said.
Given the conditions that come with watching a movie during COVID-19, the experience is different than it used to be. Some things to worry about would be that the tickets wouldn’t sell and that given the pandemic people would be hesitant to go to a public movie theater.
“It was weird wearing a mask during the movie but all the seats by me were filled up,” Brimhall said.
Every time a movie comes out, a preview is released before the movie to get people interested. Sometimes the movie is not as good as the preview makes it seem and other times the preview was spot on and the movie was a hit.
“Yes, the movie was amazing. The movie was very action-packed and entertaining. The way it was filmed made the movie so exciting and attention-grabbing. It was easy enough to understand but didn’t give too much away at first. I felt like a superhero myself after watching this movie,” Brimhall said.
Given that the movie was just released, people are interested in knowing whether or not they should watch it and if it is worth the money to buy a movie ticket. People look to friends or family for recommendations and opinions on new movies.
“I would recommend [it], I loved Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh in the movie,” Brimhall said.
